At Vomrelonvloxarin, we strive to provide exceptional educational experiences through our digital creativity workshops. We understand that circumstances may change, and you may need to cancel or reschedule your booking. This Return Policy outlines the terms and conditions for refunds and cancellations.
Please read this policy carefully before making a booking. By purchasing a workshop or session, you agree to abide by the terms outlined in this policy.
Workshop Cancellation by Participant
If you need to cancel your workshop booking, the following refund policy applies:
- Cancellations made more than 14 days before the scheduled workshop date: Full refund of the workshop fee.
- Cancellations made between 7 and 14 days before the scheduled workshop date: 50% refund of the workshop fee.
- Cancellations made less than 7 days before the scheduled workshop date: No refund will be provided.
- No-shows without prior notice: No refund will be provided.
To request a cancellation, please contact us via email or phone with your booking details. Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing and will be effective from the date we receive your request.
Rescheduling Policy
We understand that plans can change. If you need to reschedule your workshop attendance, we offer the following options:
- Rescheduling requests made more than 7 days before the original date: Free rescheduling to any available workshop date within 60 days.
- Rescheduling requests made between 3 and 7 days before the original date: Rescheduling available with a $15 administrative fee.
- Rescheduling requests made less than 3 days before the original date: Subject to availability and may incur a $25 administrative fee.
Please note that rescheduling is subject to availability. If your preferred alternative date is not available, you may either choose another available date or request a refund according to our cancellation policy.
Workshop Cancellation by Vomrelonvloxarin
In rare circumstances, we may need to cancel a scheduled workshop due to unforeseen circumstances such as instructor illness, insufficient enrollment, or other factors beyond our control. In such cases:
- We will notify all registered participants as soon as possible via email and phone.
- Participants will be offered the choice of a full refund or transfer to another scheduled workshop at no additional cost.
- If the new workshop is of higher value, no additional charges will apply.
- We will not be responsible for any incidental expenses incurred by participants as a result of the cancellation.
Private Event Bookings
For private group events and corporate bookings, the following terms apply:
- A non-refundable deposit of 30% is required to secure the booking.
- Cancellations made more than 30 days before the event: Refund of all payments minus the deposit.
- Cancellations made between 14 and 30 days before the event: 50% refund of the total booking fee.
- Cancellations made less than 14 days before the event: No refund will be provided.
Changes to the number of participants for private events must be communicated at least 7 days before the event. Reductions in participant numbers may result in adjusted pricing but will not go below the minimum group rate.
Gift Certificates and Vouchers
Gift certificates and promotional vouchers issued by Vomrelonvloxarin are subject to the following terms:
- Gift certificates are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase unless otherwise stated.
- Gift certificates are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
- Lost or stolen gift certificates cannot be replaced.
- Promotional vouchers cannot be combined with other offers unless explicitly stated.
- Gift certificates may be transferred to another person but cannot be resold.
Refund Processing
When a refund is approved according to this policy, please note the following:
- Refunds will be processed within 10-14 business days from the date of approval.
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used for the purchase.
- Bank processing times may vary, and it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.
- For payments made by credit card, refunds will be issued to the same card.
- We do not provide cash refunds for credit card purchases.
Special Circumstances
We recognize that exceptional circumstances may arise. In cases of documented emergencies, such as serious illness or bereavement, we will consider refund or rescheduling requests on a case-by-case basis, even if they fall outside the standard policy timeframes.
Please contact us with relevant documentation, and we will do our best to accommodate your situation. Such considerations are at our sole discretion and are not guaranteed.
Disputes
If you have concerns about a refund decision or believe an error has been made, please contact our customer service team. We are committed to resolving any issues fairly and promptly.
All disputes should be raised within 30 days of the transaction or cancellation request. Disputes raised after this period may not be considered.
Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to modify this Return Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting the updated policy on our website. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
For bookings made prior to any policy changes, the policy in effect at the time of booking will apply.
